Let’s Dance and Point4 dance classes are held at Keymer Church Hall in Hassocks and are run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday Mornings.

Children’s classes are generally 30 minutes in duration and combine the 3 disciplines of Tap, Ballet and Modern within that time to add a variety of styles. Adult Let’s Dance classes can vary from 45mins to 1hr and cover both Tap and Modern.

Point4 classes for both Adults and Children offer Pure Modern.

We have recently added Adult Ballet and Contemporary classes to our repitoire. These dance classes are held on Wednesday Mornings and are 45 minutes in duration.

Let’s Dance and Point4 also offer ‘private classes’ where children or adults can spend more time perfecting their dance technique and working towards exams with a maximum of 4 in a class.

Our examination board is the Association of American Dance (AAD). We tend to run syllabus exams at least once a year in Mime, Ballet, Tap or Modern. We are able to offer pupils more examination sessions if the demand is there and encourage medal sessions after the dance show, showcasing the numbers the pupils have worked so hard on for months! This also gives the dancers a chance to wear their costumes again.

Our main ethos for Let’s Dance and Point4 is that dancing is FUN! We encourage our pupils to have a lovely time whilst learning new skills. We can of course offer further training for dancers aspiring to take the subject of dance at College or beyond.
